Fugitive Level ($10,000)

Benefits:

All benefits from Fungi and Forest tiers
Private one-on-one farm walk with Kamra Hakim (founder)
Complimentary Hipcamp stay (2 nights)
Named recognition on donor wall (optional)
Invitation to annual donor gathering

Impact:
Major infrastructure investment—well drilling, kitchen expansion, or accessibility improvements.

Fungi Level ($5,000)

Benefits:

All benefits from Forest tier
Invitation to opening night of Activation Residency summer program
Behind-the-scenes access to land stewardship projects
Named recognition in annual report

Impact:
Supports full seasonal programming—multiple retreats, residencies, and community events.

Forest Level ($1,000)

Benefits:

Wild blueberries delivered for 3 consecutive seasons (1 pint per season)
Quarterly updates on farm progress and programming
Named recognition on website donor page

Impact:
Covers operational costs for one multi-day retreat or partial infrastructure upgrades.

Why Donations Matter

Grants are valuable but restrictive.
They fund specific projects but don't always cover operational costs, staff time, or long-term maintenance.

Earned revenue is growing but seasonal.
Event bookings generate income, but programming is concentrated in summer months. Donations help bridge off-season gaps.

Donor support = flexibility.
Unrestricted donations allow us to respond to immediate needs (equipment repairs, unexpected costs) and invest in long-term durability (well drilling, kitchen expansion, accessibility upgrades).

Where Your Money Goes

Infrastructure (40%):
Well drilling, outdoor kitchen expansion, sanitation improvements, power systems, weather-resilient structures

Programming (30%):
Subsidized rates for grassroots artists, land-based workshops, community events, residency coordination

Operations (20%):
Site maintenance, insurance, utilities, seasonal labor, equipment, supplies

Land Stewardship (10%):
Ecological restoration, composting systems, water conservation, permaculture development
